Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy applies to purchases made within the last 30 days. Refund eligibility depends on your subscription tier and platform usage as outlined below.

Important: Application Verification Status

Axis Recruits Pro is an unverified Google web application built using Google’s suite of products. During initial setup, Google will display security warnings that require you to click “Advanced” and “Go to Axis Recruits (unsafe)” to proceed. By purchasing any Axis Recruits subscription, you acknowledge that you understand this verification status and accept responsibility for authorizing the required Google application permissions. Refunds will not be granted based solely on Google’s unverified application warnings.

Refund Policy by Subscription Tier

Basic Plan For Basic plan subscribers, refund eligibility is determined by platform usage:

  • No emails sent using the platform: 50% refund available within the first 30 days of purchase
  • Emails have been sent using the platform: No refund available

Pro Plan
For Pro plan subscribers, refund eligibility is determined by platform usage and account setup:

  • No emails sent using the platform AND dashboard user provisioned: 25% refund available within the first 30 days of purchase. This is due to having access to the database of contacts.
  • Emails have been sent using the platform: No refund available

Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Email credits that have been consumed
  • Setup and onboarding services
  • Custom integrations and configurations
  • Downloadable resources and documentation

To request a refund, we require proof of purchase and verification of account usage status.

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and your account usage is verified, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Account Downgrades and Plan Changes

Plan downgrades and changes are subject to the same refund policy outlined above. Partial refunds for plan changes will be calculated based on the usage criteria for your current plan tier.

Exchanges

We do not offer plan exchanges. If you need to change your subscription tier, please contact us at {email address} to discuss your options.
